UGH This process is long, painful and irritating!
We found our dream home in November and are still jumping hurdles to get to closing. Anyone else having issues?

It is *incredibly* stressful.
I'm about to go through the process again as we put another offer on an investement property last week. When we went through it last February, I vowed that the next house would be a cash deal because trying to get a mortgage is ridiculous. But alas, here we go again.
Hopefully our next house will be a cash deal.
Don't let the experience of a SS color your view on buying/selling--they are unlike any other purchase and time is just a part of that "package." Traditional sales with conventional loans are much easier (we have always closed in 30 days or less).
My Valentine Bookends (2~13~13, 2~15~09)
Yup. We accepted an offer on our house in November with a close date at the end of this month. It has taken forfreakingever.
Selling and buying at the same time is so stressful.
