Golden Globes
Who watched?
I'm kind of upset that Hugo didn't win best pic. I can't say that Descendants shouldn't have won (I didn't see it), but I definitely feel like Hugo got the snub. I'm stoked that Scorcese won, though. Unlike The Departed, he actually earned this win.
I'm happy Modern Family won, but I was a little sad that they didn't announce New Girl as the winner.
Also, I don't get why TV Series, Mini Series, and TV Movies are all wrapped into one category. Lame.
Re: Golden Globes
I'm finishing watching on DVR now, but know who won. I also don't get why series/miniseries/movie are together! They aren't when it comes to some categories, but the ones there IMO it matters, they put too many people together.
I liked Ricky Gervais, I also liked him last year too for the most part. I think he was MUCH more pc this year, lol
I didnt watch... I usually do but we had a long busy weekend and I had no idea they were on
I realized right before bed (thanks to fb posts) and checked the winners and red carpet online. I havent seen many of the movies/shows that got nominated so I'm not very disappointed that I didnt watch. Modern Family is my favorite so I'm glad they won and I have Downton Abbey and Mildred Pierce on DVD so I'm even more excited to watch them now.
ps. Claire Danes always looks amazing on the red carpet! Out of the photos I looked at she gets my best dressed vote.
