i *think* it's flex, hold for as long as you can, relax, repeat.

i think i can hold it for a while...but i have to concentrate. if i'm trying to do other things, i can only do it for like 5 seconds at a time.

thank you merilee for responding! i'm on to round 2
i haven't seen an app, but I've seen like these things you stick up your hooha to squeeze together. I feel like you'd have to have kegels of steel to manage that o.O
When I was at the early pregnancy education class at Swedish, they said to start with a goal of 10sec... but if 10sec is easy for you, to go higher if you can!
They also said that another good exercise to do with 'em is to go from as relaxed as you can get to as tight as you can get and back to relaxed as fast as you can for 20sec. So, like, "SQUEEZE! Relax. SQUEEZE! Relax. SQUEEZE! Relax."
It's definitely easier to hold 'em if I'm thinking about it. But the HARD part is not tightening my butt/thighs/belly! When I'm thinking about it, I can get to about 45-60sec, depending... and when I'm not, it's usually more like 20sec, haha. And for the fast ones, I dunno, maybe one a second?
That's a good tip! Thanks for sharing..
