I've read to beware of online vendors and am unable to see that tickets are available on the legit premier league website for the game(s) we're intersted in.
Does any one know if euroteaminfo.com is a legit vendor to buy from? (realizing they may be marked up is okay; we just don't want fakes)

Let me start by saying that the tickets probably haven't been issued yet because the match dates and times are not set in stone. If either Chelsea or Arsenal are in a serious point position come April, the match time will probably be changed. Look for them to release the tickets and offer them for sale on the team websites a month before the match.
I'm assuming both matches are in London? TBH, we've only ever bought tickets directly from the teams themselves. I know at Stamford Bridge they release extra tickets (basically anything beyond season ticket seats) to season ticket holders first. After that they offer them to members of the fan club. Most of the stadium is season ticket holders, and you can't scalp a ticket from a season ticket holder who isn't going because season tickets are a swipe card that you use for all matches all season. Usually, by the time they're done selling to season ticket holders it's sold out. Getting a home seat at Stamford Bridge can be really difficult if you don't know a season ticket holder, but it doesn't hurt to keep checking the website.
If I were you I'd check with Wigan and Newcastle because your best bet is probably to get seats among the visiting supporters.
I can't speak for Arsenal or the Emirates as I've never been.
I'm not sure if you'll come back to read this, but figured I'd post. Thanks for your help! From watching the PL website; I'm guessing the tickets won't be issued until Feb.
Both games are in London, Emirates Stadium and Stamford Bridge.
That's good to know about the season ticket holders; I guess I'll just keep watching the PL website!
