Cole slaw recipe, anyone?
I'm looking for a cole slaw recipe that doesn't have too much mayonnaise. I like it kind of milky, rather than creamy and sticking to the cabbage. (If you've ever been to Kenny & Ziggy's, their cole slaw is exactly what I'm looking for.)
Can anyone help?

Well, so there you have an option!
I use the better homes and gardens cole slaw recipe but I like my regular cole slaw to taste like KFC's... not sure if that is what you are looking for.

It's been so long since I've eaten there, I can't remember what it's like!
The cole slaw recipe on this menu is amazing - I made it for a couples baby shower and guys and ladies both raved about it. It's exactly as you described, not overly mayo-y and full of flavor.
Side note: the pulled pork recipe on this link is also AMAZING, btw.

I've seen that apple slaw recipe floating around Pinterest, too....definitely giving it a try now! Thanks, ladies!
