how much water do you drink daily? atleast 140oz.. but usually more. this includes the green tea that i drink too.
should you drink more? i should have this weekend..
are you worried about potentially drowning yourself with the amount you do drink? sometimes. actually not, but a lady at work told me that i'm drinking too much water and i could drown myself if i drink too much. it made me laugh.
You can die of water intoxication, but it takes a lot of water to die from that.

M-F: around 80+ oz. I drink more water during the weekends, around 120+ oz.
should you drink more? Yeah, I have limited bathroom breaks at work, so I have to watch how much water I drink during work hours. If I was able to get away from my desk more often, I would drink more.
are you worried about potentially drowning yourself with the amount you do drink? No, like PPs have said water intoxication is possible, but very rare.

I have a 64oz juice bottle I drink water from, filling it 3-4 times a day. I've always consumed a ton of water.

i still don't think this is legal. i'm trying to find something online but can't find anything for wa state. i found that in california they can't restrict your bathroom breaks......

how much water do you drink daily? Weekdays, between 16 & 24 oz flat water, 8-16 oz sparkling; weekends I'm not sure but it's probably less
should you drink more? Yes. Problem is at work that drinking my full 32 oz Nalgene usually makes me sick! I can't seem to keep on top of keeping sparkling water at the office, but flat water even when I'm thirsty sometimes sits like a ton of lead on my tummy and makes me really nauseated
are you worried about potentially drowning yourself with the amount you do drink? too funny! No, I worry about dying of dehydration between getting ill when I drink water and when I've been suffering bad night sweats.
I do not drink enough water. My urologist sometimes nags me to drink more...
I am not worried about drowning myself. I do remember reading about a woman who died from drinking a huge amount of water in a short period of time. It was a water drinking contest for a radio station.

should you drink more? Yes, I used to be a lot better about drinking at least 80 ounces. I think I drink more water during the summer.

I drink at least 128 ounces a day, probably more. I think I'm good with that.

Now, it's more like 3 quarts to a gallon or more a day. I can go thru 20oz glasses like nobody's business!

That woman is BSC. The only way you could harm yourself by drinking water is not peeing. It is possible to die from too much water intake, though. If you drink a ton of water and don't pee, your electrolytes become too diluted and it causes organ failure.

I agree it's harsh, but I remember one time we had to write a letter of medical necessity for someone to be able to go to the bathroom more than twice in 4 hours. This woman has IBS and basically has to poop every 30 minutes or so. Her employer was SO harsh on her and the letter has to be renewed like every 6 months or so. It's totally ridiculous in my mind.

That happened with the radio station down in SF about 5 years ago. One of the stations down here ran a "Hold your wee for a Wii" (is that the correct spelling for wee? IDK) and the woman drank so much water and held it that she died. So sad.

They restrict bathroom breaks where H works. You can get written up if you disobey. I get all hot and bothered over it often...
