which do you recommend?

i used crest before and i really liked it. the sheets are really thin and flexible. they slide around a bit and take a minute to get used to, but once you get the hang of it, you're good.

i also used colgate before and it's like wearing a mouth guard. no thank you.

i've used crest before too.. but when i was at the store the other day, there was like 4 options and i couldn't remember which one i used... so more specifically? the normal ones should be fine right?

I use crest 1-2 times per year and have been very pleased. My dentist was going to give me free whitening before the wedding but said that the crest strips did such a great job that professional whitening woudn't make a difference

he did say though that some teeth seem to whiten really well with crest and some just don't, so it's kind of one of those "try and see"

I love the Crest ones, too, but I did notice that my teeth get a little sensitive with the 14-day pack, so I tend to do one strip a day instead of two, and sometimes spread them out. But, I don't drink coffee and only rarely have a glass of red wine, so I still see pretty good improvement even if I spread them out... that may not be true for you if you tend to drink a lot of dark liquids like coffee, tea, red wine, etc.
