Am also making a heaping side of asparagus marinated in olive oil and balsamic vinegar with cracked black pepper on top. I used to hate asparagus but now I could eat truckloads of it, so I figure it will be my veggie side for the evening.

Ooh I love the pioneer woman UW!
I'm kind of spoiled and so my mom every year sends me mason jars with her homemade tomato sauce. So I'm making homemade sauce and have some homemade noodles in the freezer that we'll pop out and cook. yumm!
Oooh I should do that this week!
Roast pork shoulder with rosemary and coriander; roast cabbage & onion underneath it; white rice w/ coriander.
