B&M Monday
After our beautiful winter thus far, it got cold here. I'm talking -25 C (-13 F) and we were in above freezing temperatures basically all winter until now.
I start stroller size today, which is good, but in order to make it work I have to wake Mackenzie up early for the day so that she isn't needing to eat right in the middle of the class. I'm hoping that my "plan" works out and she just shifts her "routine" by 1/2 an hour and isn't a total disaster. So far, she isn't napping right now and she is supposed to for us to be on track....
I'm trying to put together a photo calendar for my grandma and emailed my aunts and uncles to ask for pictures and to get birthday's & anniversaries for everyone. I haven't heard back from anyone yet and the free coupon code I have for shutterfly expires on Wednesday. I'm annoyed.

SNOW EVERYWHERE! So glad I have the day off, but David doesn't and that is going to be a treacherous drive with all the ice under the snow.
Work tomorrow is going to be a loooooonnnnggggg day.... so much to do!
We're still unpacking and there are still boxes everywhere, over a month since we moved in and it's still a mess! My inner OCDness wants to come out, but at the same time, I have no motivation and think its a waste when we are most likely going to have to pack up and move again in a year anyway.
T wants to set up every room, and he isn't thinking right now which will be the nursery. So instead we have 2 guest rooms, our room, and an office. I know when the time comes to start thinking about the nursery he's going to complain that he has move things again and figure out places for them in this stuffed-to-the-gills house. Grrrr! I seriously HATE moving!
I want to pig out on food. My diet has sucked so bad lately, but I can't help it, either nothing sounds good, and when something does sound good it's usually junk food. And nothing we ever seem to have at home in the fridge or pantry is what I want. I am seriously craving chicken quesadillas like mad, and mine never come out like the restaurant's.

My dog has awful awful behavior. I swear I need Ceasar Milan. Last week she ate through a wall. This dog is nuts...
I think OB/GYN offices should schedule days that are just ob and others that are just gyn. I was not pleased when I was waiting for my blood tests today next to a very young teenage mother...fantastic. Kinda made figuring out why you lost your baby a little less joyful..

I wasn't all that upset about it actually. Just bitching about the entire situation. The irony was almost too much to take seriously. It kinda felt like I was on Punked or something. WTH...
Still either way I know what you mean.. it's not a great feeling!

I am so sorry!
-This morning we started our day off together by me waking up at 7:30am and realizing our furnace had stopped. The house was under 58 degrees (it was negative temps outside) and it was the same issue we had last year. I had to wake DH up and he went out and dealt with it (thank God) and by 9am, it was finally up to at least 68 degrees.
-DH is unemployed as of Wednesday and as I'm figuring out our budget, I'm getting more and more nervous about how we're going to make it all work. I know we will, but we had a plan to have all CC debt paid off and have our savings build up by the end of the summer and now those plans are shot to hell and it's wicked disappointing.
-Tomorrow is the first day of the spring semester and I'm going to wind up working over 10-11 hours for at least the first 2, if not 3 or 4 days. I hate being salary on weeks like this.
- Maggie is sick again. She has had a cold forever, well it came back a few days after her antibiotic shots in December. I knew it would turn into something. Friday she started acting blah. Saturday she had a very low temp. Yesterday it started climbing and by bedtime last night it was at 103.6. We had her appointment with the ENT today. I was almost 'happy' she had an ear infection so he could see what I was talking about with the cycle of her being sick. I was very pleased with him and she is getting tubes put in. However, this is antibiotic #8 since August. Blah.
- Due to the above, Mags can't go to daycare tomorrow, which means I have to miss another day of work. Thank God they are flexible, but I feel bad being out so much lately. Everything just needs to go back to normal. I feel like some people look at me like I am making this all up and should be working - seriously, I wish I was making it up!
Does he get exercise (like productive walks or large open space dog park exercise - more than just backyard)?
Also, google crate training... It may seem tough on us humans but it's really, really good for dogs. I crate trained both of my dogs and they are AWESOME... so well trained. I leave them in my house all day long and they go in/out through the dog door as they please. They never chew ANYthing up, never did, even as puppies... but I make sure they get at least two days a week of dog park exercise (when they were puppies, they got dog park exercise 6-7 days of week... they HAVE to get that exercise out. If he's chewing, try the Kong, put some peanut butter inside and freeze it... it'll keep him entertained. What kind of pup is he? If he's a working dog, they need to be doing something productive... anyway, dog training isn't something I do officially but it's something I've taken an interest in and if I ever switch careers, which I wont, lol... it'd be to working with dogs.
I dont have too much to B&M about... I wish I had another day off to get my house all cleaned up but I should be able to catch up after school this week, hopefully.
I totally wish I hadn't put on the 25 lbs this fall... it's going to take me so much longer to reach my goal. It's absolutely ridiculously how fast I put weight on... ridiculous! I'm back at the gym now and maaannnn, soooo much harder!
I still have my Christmas stuff up <hangs her head in shame> I hate taking it down... so tedious and I haven't taken the time to do it... now I have to do it on weeknights, sigh.
