We went to EMS yesterday to buy some snow gear and we saved over $350!! We both got snow pants, base layers, boots, snow shoes and polls. They were having a really, really good sale!
We will be in Vermont in a few weeks to try it all out.

We are beginners, but our bff/old neighbors love it. I can't wait to try it out! I have a feeling that our legs are going to get a really killer workout.
When I bought my climbing harness and snowboard for really good prices, they both happened to be pink and black. I love when that happens.
I've never been snowshoeing, but it seems like it's a lot of fun. Sounds like ya'll got an awesome deal, I hope you have a great time using all your new gear!
