B - 1/2 bagel w/ PB, coffee
L - taco salad (romaine, ground turkey browned w/ taco seasoning, shredded cheddar and salsa)
S - 2 clementines
E - cardio/circuit class tonight
D - broiled tilapia, brown rice, side salad

I don't really know why I post here because I basically eat the same thing every single day.
B: greek yogurt, raspberries, granola, coffee with 1/2 and 1/2.
L: veggie salad with tuna and some pepper crackers, seltzer.
S: mini luna bar
E: lifting heavy on my own then teaching 60 minutes of spin.
S2: some trail mix if I am still hungry.
At work eating with my patients- on the cafe menu today:
B- whole wheat english muffin, almond butter and berries
L- burrito with ww tortilla, black beans, onions and guacamole
D- "veggie" taco salad- soy crumbles, mixed greens, avocado and whole wheat pita triangles
E- 75 minute candlelight vinyasa class tonight
B- Special K, Skim Milk, Coffee, Vitamin shake
L- Pita, Tzatziki, red bell pepper, olives
S- Orange
D- Chicken Tzatziki on a flat out wrap with L&T
D(essert) 2 after 8 candies
E- Cardio Kickboxing
B - Pumpkin muffin w/ coffee
L - 1/2 baked sweet potato with slice of ham
E - zumba
D - same as lunch probably
B: oatmeal and hit tea and excedrin
L: doodles (fancified ramen restaurant)
S: clementines
E: easy 2 mi run and weights
