Bwahahahaha!! I'd completely forgotten about the 80's/90's obsession with floral patterns.
I hate when they do that! I was looking at their site last night and couldn't find anything similar. Bastards, they do this on purpose so I'll drop a gazillion dollars when all I need is a top.
Target is my financial black hole as well.
I checked out the JCPenney website as well; a lot of pin-tucked shirts and possible sheer fabric but a lot of them also banded at the hipline.
