Every time I go on a big trip, I feel like I bring the worst clothing options. I am going to Tibet this summer and am looking for a good pair of shorts/capris that I can wear multiple days in the row (is that gross?). Any suggestions?
Re: Travel clothing?
Ah..maybe my post was confusing...what I meant was does anyone have recommendations for a decent brand/line of capris that are easy to travel with

LOL yes i know. i was addressing this part "good pair of shorts/capris that I can wear multiple days in the row (is that gross?). " since you said 1 pair for many days in a row......
I love Prana clothing for travel. It is sporty but stylish, packs well, and most of it dries quickly in hotel bathrooms.

I love Outdoor Research. For cold-weather travel I had a pair of their fleece pants that I wore with a few different wicking base layers for 7 days straight.
For warmer weather, I have a pair from North Face that would be great if they fit just a little better over my overly-generous butt. This is now the single limiting factor for me in the quest for travel pants. Trekking pants tend to be cut for athletic people, and I have a big ol' booty. I tried a pair of Columbia pants and they looked absolutely terrible on me (not to mention uncomfortable).
I am not brand loyal. Anything synthetic that's priced right and fits well works for me. I buy a lot of my workout and travel clothing from TJMaxx, Ross, Marshalls, and the like as they often have stuff from the major brands.
Me too. Though I've found lately that I'm preferring EMS brand clothing. It's just as stylish and durable as the big name brands with a smaller price tag.
I've found for me that all of these different big names fit me much differently, so I would try to visit an REI or EMS and try things on. North Face pants/capris fit me awesome, but Mountain Hardware makes me look like a cupcake with thunder thighs. :-P
