1) flex, hold, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. rest, repeat.
2) rapid fire kegels!! flex, rest, flex, rest, flex, rest.... 60 seconds. rest, then repeat.
3) flex--how long can you hold it?
