Re: POLL: It's easier for me to name
I could name 15 boys if I had to.
Girls are SUCH a challenge for me. There are so many girls in our families, and after you factor in names we just can't use for one reason or another, I feel like we are left with almost nothing.
I have been so upset for the last week because I feel like this child, if a girl, will not have a name.
My Aunt always says you will have the sex that you can't name, so I guess in a way that's good for me since I want all boys, it just makes this name thing a challenge.
Can we get together then b/c I could name girls for days but boys....zilch.
Same here.... our family is pretty much all girls & I teach so that rules out a ton of names automatically.
We had the hardest time choosing a girl's name this time around.... for the longest time I was convinced that we'd never decide on a name & she'd eventually just get stuck with something that was "okay" and not something that we loved. I was so upset for the longest time. In the end though, it just came to us..... there's still plenty of time & hope! (but I totally get where you're coming from)
