I'm sure you guys can tell by my increase in posts today that I am not very motivated at work! Additionally, I'll admit that I usually waste time on Reddit, and it being blacked out today is really causing anxiety for me! :-p
Anyway, we didn't do our weekly menu planning post, so how about we all just share what we've already made/plan to make the rest of the week? I'll start!
Sunday: Tequila lime salmon, mashed cauliflower, Caesar salad (first two recipes are in the blog!)
Monday: Oh em gee, I can't remember already....Ok, this is worrying me, I'm still sitting here trying to remember...GOT IT! We had spaghetti squash with a creamy tomato sauce with ground turkey and spinach :-)
Tuesday: Roasted chicken, coconut-braised cabbage
Wednesday: Testing out those buffalo chicken meatballs tonight! Plus green beans and maybe salad.
Thursday: Coconut chicken soup with the leftover chicken
Friday: I have a chuck roast to use and some extra time, so probably a pot roast.
Saturday: We're going out! Has anyone been to St. Arnolds on Jefferson in DC? I'm excited for mussels and Belgian beer!

Sunday - no real meal; we had a football party and basically ate off and on all day.
Monday - DD and I had leftover spaghetti from last week, DH wasn't hungry
Tuesday - n/a - I got home really late - DD has cereal, DH and I had leftovers.
Wednesday - mini-meatloafs (taht I made Monday) and leftover mac and cheese from the party
Thursday - should be chicken enchiladas, but I should have cooked the chicken already. I'll defrost soem chicken tonight and DH can figure something out tomorow night
Friday - no idea?

My meal plan is a mess this week!
Sunday: meatloaf, mac & cheese, green beans (bumped to Monday in favor of Five Guys)
Monday: breaded chicken, wild rice, broccoli (bumped to Wednesday)
Tuesday: spaghetti and meatballs
Wednesday: tacos (bumped to Friday)
Thursday: DH's bowling night, so take-out
Friday: see Wednesday

Sunday-Beef Nachos
Monday-Pizza because I was to tired to fix anything else. Oh and we had squash and onions.
Tuesday- Tuna melts and a side of veggies.
Wednesday- I'm not feeling so hot, so DH agreed to pick up dinner. Where I have no idea.
Thursday- I plan to make turkey spaghetti w/ a salad.
Friday- My mom is coming over so we may go out to My Three Sons ( picked up a coupon recently for $10.00 off).
Saturday- IDK
Monday: baked whole wheat rotini mixed with salsa chicken, black beans, corn, red peppers and cheese, topped with a little sour cream and avocado
Tuesday: black bean burgers on multigrain with hummus, spinach, red pepper and cucumber
Wednesday: ham, cheese, spinach and potato fritatta
Thursday: glazed chicken thighs with sweet potatoes and asparagus
Friday: leftovers from Thursday
Sunday: We had football food - chilli, taco dip, and other fb snacks
Monday: Leftovers from Sunday.
Tuesday: Creamy pesto chicken and pasta with a side of broccolli
Wednesday: The end of the Chilli and open-faced tuna and avocado sandwiches.
Thursday: Raviolis, garlic toast and a side salad
Friday: Honey glazed salmon, asparagus and baked potato
Saturday: Crock pot chicken cordon bleu with creamy herb green beans.
Sunday: More fb food - prosciutto and cream cheese stuffed peppers, low fat homemade mozzarella sticks, homemade pretzels and nachos. Maybe adding something a bit more substantial to call it dinner, but I love Sunday grazing lunch/dinner.

Sunday- picked up a pizza after the ravens game.
Monday- chicken cordon bleu, mashed potatoes, broccoli
Tuesday- tacos
Wednesday- Cheesy chicken pasta
Thursday- beef and broccoli with brown rice
Friday- honey garlic pork chops, roasted potatoes, green beans
Saturday- take out
Let's see what i can remember--
Sunday- Cajun stuffed pork chops, asparagus, broccoli
Monday- Soccer volunteer banquet- ate for free at Gianni's- pizza, calamari, salad, antipasto
Tuesday- we were supposed to have cube steaks but they did not freeze well and i had to trash them. we had bbq chicken, broccoli and asparagus
Wednesday- Costco's salisbury steak, butternut squash, broccoli and finished off the asparagus
THursday- I have a meeting in Greenbelt until 4 then I have to race to get Kira for dance then I have an HSA meeting. We'll be eating peace a pizza or El Nayar
Friday- French onion pot roast or something else in the crockpot.
