Running usually. I've kinda fallen off the wagon, the weather had been awful and every time I am ready to go by the time I get off work it's raining.
I need to get going again I feel so much better when I am active.
I used to do spin fairly regularly (a couple of times a week) and I loved it. I was always drenched when I left, but it felt good. Now, I'm so out of shape again that I barely made it through the last class I took.
In my current condition, I like swimming best. I was excited that Monday was a holiday and I could go with Jim. He swims every day during the week.

Does chasing around 2 toddlers count? That is the only workout I get now a days. I do try to take the stairs at work often (i'm on the 3rd floor).
It used to be Zumba, and I do miss it terribly. I am hoping to go back at some point, just not sure when.
Vinyasa yoga is my favorite workout - with a good instructor, it is the perfect combination of strength training and cardio.
When I'm at the gym instead of yoga, I like the stair mill, elliptical and running.
Heavy lifting. I fell off that wagon earlier this year and I miss it. I'm looking forward to getting back into it after Chewy becomes an outside baby.
Also fun is intervals. Whatever kind, but higher intensity.
We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?
I loved the yoga class that I took several years ago. I would really like to do that again.
Generally though I do workout videos at home.
I love yoga, hiking, and swimming. But the majority of the time I do walk/run intervals on the treadmill followed by some light weights.
I also love Vinyasa yoga, but I haven't been since before I got pregnant. There's a class nearby, but it's not the same instructor, and I'm so picky about my classes. I'd love to get back into it soon. Plus, I miss my friend that used to go with me. She lives so far, so we'd meet at a place halfway between our houses.
I really loved spinning, and I hate running, but I love the way I feel after I accomplish a long run. I'm starting c25k again after the weather warms back up. No sense in starting in the winter. I'll never make it.
