"Thank you, Megan, for your interest in becoming part of the Bahama Breeze family.
After careful consideration, we regret that we are unable to offer you employment with Bahama Breeze at this time. We wish you all the best.
*Please do not reply to this email"
WTF!!!! pardon me i'm gonna go cry in a corner...
Re: Interview update...
Oh that stinks! I'm sorry to hear that you didn't get the job. I really hate those emails that say "do not reply to this email". It seems like such a cop out. Like they don't even owe you a conversation about why you weren't chosen.
I guess this job just wasn't meant to be, but hopefully a great job will come along soon.

I'm a bit offended by the fact that they e-mail and the "do not reply" bit. That sounds very unprofessional. Really they should have called or sent a letter.
Maybe you'll find something even better on your next interview

I agree. A letter would have been much more professional and I too would be offended at the "do not reply" comment. It makes me want to say, "To heck with you people!"

Aw, I'm sorry!
Have you tried a local family owned restaurant? They always seem to be looking for more help around here, and are generally way nicer than chains like that.
This! I am so sorry, Meagan! I know it doesn't help, but I believe that everything happens for a reason. That job wasn't meant for you.

sadly, in DE the mom & pop restaurants are almost always run by family..i've checked with a few. i'm gonna have to look at fast food at this point..the job market here is just so deep in the crapper that everyone's going for the food jobs cause most of them are entry level...which really makes it even harder for those of us that are actually in that line of schooling/work...
