You know that means "Burning Man participant" and not "pot smoker", right?
The proper nomenclature for pot-smoker-apartment would be "420 friendly".
This ad didn't faze me in the slightest. Looks like every third ad on Portland Craigslist to me.

OMG - how do people live in NYC? I can't even imagine squeezing my stuff into that space with all those other people and pets. And I like pets.
I once saw a CL ad here (in DC) looking for potential roommates who were "involved with social justice," because they wanted to use the roommates for networking purposes. Guess it's a different environment.
