Thank you so much for this information. I was going to start watching Parenthood, but I am steering clear of any adoption storylines, so thanks to you I will not have an unwelcome surprise. I really appreciate it. (I went through a very hard, out-of-nowhere failed adoption over Christmas break.)
You're welcome! I'm sorry for your adoption heartache. It's a great show & it might very well not be that the birth mom changes her mind (it's been a pretty involved storyline. She's actually living with them at the moment) but they're definitely putting the thought out there. It might also just be that it's adding a very emotional, touching element to the storyline which this show is known for and it will be a very tearful happy ending. I'm obviously hoping for (& think it might actually be) the latter.

clseale, thanks for the spoilers! I'm guessing that she will go through with the adoption, but change her mind and want it to be open instead of closed. At least that's what I hope! I love this show.
Jasmine's gotta go. She irks me. Especially last night-it's like Crosby can't have a gf, but she can date a hot doctor? WHATever.
I hope Crosby and his new gf last. I like her and him together.
I think the adoption storyline is getting a little bit unrealistic. Zoe living w/ them? Really? I love PH, but this was a little over the top IMO.
Where was Mr. Cyr? Did he and Sarah talk about having a baby/getting married? Did I miss something here? I watched last week, but felt like I missed something.
Oh, and the JAMIE KALER as Alison's? Amy's? (Drew's gf) dad was the best for me. Eventhough he had like 5 lines, I was SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes! She gets horrible story lines! Well, I mean they are interesting, but this poor girl can't catch a break! Every time it looks like she is on to something great, they tear her back down. Because I feel like this thing with the politician is going to screw her over and she's not going to keep this job where she is doing well and is happy. Same with the whole spending lunches with Max when she was awesome, then, oh well, lets never talk about that again.
I felt bad for Sarah with Drew- they are so disconnected from one another.
I'm not sure about Adam and Kristina paying to send Haddie to Cornell. I know she has gotten the short stick with attention and stuff, but it's still not like her life is "hard" or she has really had to go without because of Max. It's not just that "life isn't fair" because of her brother, it's the reality of the economic situation of the entire family. I don't think her part time job is going to pay for $50K a year of tuition.
