Rant: Co-worker spoiled The Bachelor winner for me *no spoilers*

Mother of god. Why would she do this? She could have at least asked me if I wanted to hear it before blurting it out. Does she not realize how sacred my Monday nights are? I want to kick someone in the shin. But I ultimately blame that soul-sucking Reality Steve mother f'er.

Re: Rant: Co-worker spoiled The Bachelor winner for me *no spoilers*

  • That's really annoying. I'm impatient and read the spoilers but I'll never talk about them with my coworker who watches too.

There's always the chance of him being wrong - he did have Brad's season right until the week before the final episode, Ali's too.

  • Maybe she was wrong?! Or her source is anyway...

What was your reaction- did you tell her you were annoyed by the spoiler? She needs to know to cut that out. If I still watched the show, I'd be mad also.

  • Alright, you guys are giving me some hope that she might be wrong.

I didn't let her know I was upset. It would have devastated her. She's a sweet girl. She couldn't have known that I would rather be water boarded than know who Ben ended up choosing. I forgive her. :)

    How kind of you. Smile

I think, in your shoes, I would have said something but in a lighthearted way. Good luck. You'll still be glued to the tv, to confirm her spoiler! LOL Here's hoping that the "winner" is kicked off next week or something. Then you can say, "Wow, your spoiler was wrong. If you hear another one don't let me know this time." Wink

  • My coworker did the same thing, but I kind of gave her the go ahead to tell me what reality steve said, and after the first two episodes that ive watched, i am NOT happy with what she told me.  UGH!  c'mon BEN!

  • My MIL did this to me... two separate seasons. Sofa king annoying. We used to talk about the Bachelor on the phone (she'd call me on Monday nights to talk about it when DH was deployed figuring I needed company or something). We no longer talk Bachelor because she clearly didn't learn her lesson the first time.
