That is has been a full year since divorce papers were filed and I moved out of the house I shared with XH.

    I got that same feeling when I was writing another retainer to my attorney on Tuesday. I told him "Wasn't it nearly a year ago to the date that I was doing this same thing to get my divorce started?!"
     
    Oh, and for those of you wondering why I'm retaining my attorney again...XH has decided that he doesn't want me moving in with FF next month, so he's decided the smart thing to do would be for him to file for full physical custody of DS :::eyeroll::: I won't get into specifics because of my e-stalkers, but XH doesn't have a leg to stand on. I already knew this based on the facts in our situation, but a conversation with a friend-of-a-friend who just so happens to be a judge for Friend of the Court in a neighboring county has confirmed this for me as well. Can't wait to get my Notice of Hearing in the mail....

    Wow, good to see how much things have changed!

    PIP, that sucks. Sorry your XH is a douchecanoe.  Don't stress out about it--you have every right to move on and have a happy life :)
