Tell me about your job, specifically if you went from general ed to special ed. I am thinking of making the switch after this school year. My administration is incredibly supportive, arranging for me to shadow and "sub" occassionally after our state testing this spring. But, I am wondering what the nity gritty is really like. I know every state/district and then school is different, and every year within a school can be different based on the child's needs, etc., but I'd love some feedback ![]()
I am scheduled to take the SpEd praxis this spring, that's all our state requires for certification, since I already have my master's and administration/supervision certifications.
