As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

technicalities of the div. process - feedback pretty please
I found out yesterday that even though he was served last summer, I found out yesterday that STBXH has not filed any of the paperwork for the divorce. No discovery, no financial affidavit. I did all that months ago.
Our hearing is Feb. 6th - in 3 weeks! Lawyer says it won't delay anything but I'm still nervous, cause I have to fly across the country for this hearing and I don't want to do it twice, or do it for no reason.
Did anyone else's spuse drag their feet? What ended up happening?
