Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Randoms: I had a donut this morning... it was dry and disappointing. I'm irrationally annoyed about that.
I'm excited for dinner. Its just leftovers, but it was so good the first time (Crispy Parmesan Turkey).
A coworker and I are "have a fight" right now. She wanted to address something with me, and chose to do so in front of another coworker, in a way that was hugely condescending (especially considering she's a coworker, not my supervisor). We've emailed a few times to try to work it out, but I'm just feeling sh!tty about the whole thing right now.
I bought my first pair of skinny jeans. I was worried they'd make my thighs looks like stuffed sausages, but they fit great and actually make you look skinnier. (And I've already washed them twice.)
Confession: I have to pee so badly right now, but as said coworker sits at the front of the office, right by the door, I'm holding it so I don't have to pass her desk since I do not want to talk to her right now.
Maybe I don't have a heightened sense of smell, but I've never smelled any vagina on my pants. -- TSD

I don't have much to contribute, but I didn't want a random thread to sit here all alone with only one post.
Um...hmm. I don't have much to share.
We are moving to a new building this summer and I am super stoked about it. The building is far superior to the one we are currently in, in every way. I have worked here for 6 years and I am just ready for a change. Paralegals were told that we would only have interior offices. I have had a window office for most of my time here, so that was going to be a little bit of a bummer, but no biggie. The floor plans and office assignments have started to circulate, and I (along with all of the other paralegals that have been with the firm for a long time) am getting a window office. YAY!!! I guess this is proof that I am an old-timer. I'm cool with that.
ETA - and apparently, it took a long time for me to post...My friend (the one I recently posted about that is driving me nuts with her online dating drama) asked me to help her fill out a question for a NEW dating site. You know... since there were absolutely no men on the previous two sites that were good looking enough for her. UGH. I would have said no immediately but the question happened to be "How do your close friends describe you?"
So, I said "Sweet and caring, compassionate and sensitive. A bit shy at first but loads of fun once she opens up. Talented and driven".
She got very offended at the "sensitive" part. Ummm...I think that proves me absolutely right!! I wish I could have also added "Can be pretty shallow and superficial, so if you are a blonde dude with blue eyes, don't even bother trying to talk to her. "
But somehow I didn't think that would go over well.
