Third Person Thursday
Today is Brie's Friday. She's super excited about that. She's already done with one of her two meetings for the day. Brie and Drew are going to Houston to see some friends and their new house. Brie isn't sure what to bring as a housewarming present. Usually she brings a bottle of champagne, but doubts that airport security will let it through. Any ideas?
Brie is really struggling with one of her professors this term. His instructions are so vague and convoluted that no one really knows what they're supposed to be doing. Brie and her team sent him a draft of their paper to see if they were on the right track (all other professors have been open to this in the past) and he refused to look at it and told them "a good CEO has to be confident in his or her decisions." Bullsh*t. In Brie's opinion, a good CEO also has to avoid being so arrogant as to think that their instructions are perfect and that other people won't need more detail or explanation to get the job done right the first time. He gave them a B on the final product. Brie is going to rake him over the coals in her end of term professor review.

Shaina says, you can pack the champagne in your suitecase and the TSA won't bother it.
Shaina says sucky professors suck. Shaina remembers an online prof she had in undergrad that was such a quack. Shaina was glad when that class was over.
Shaina is so excited, DH made her a massage and facial appt tomorrow for her bday. Although Shaina feels bad for her DH b/c they weren't supposed to email the reminder, but she's still excited for the surprise.
