Signed Contract!
We did it! We put down an offer on a house on Tuesday. Yep, this Tuesday. Wednesday afternoon we had a counter offer. We countered last night around 6:00. By the time we went to bed, we had a signed contract!
Now comes the home ispection, scheduled for the 27th. And the financing, I'm calling the mortgage lenders today. And trying to find a good insurance policy, I'm web surfing today for it.
I'm just really excited!
We close Feb. 22nd.
