Do Not Disturb
I had the "do not disturb' activated on my phone so no one would bother me today since I had a ton to get done.
The secretary intercoms my office mates phone to tell me my "do not disturb' is on. Yep, I turned it on for a reason.

clearly you didn't do it on purpose...fix it!!
When we don't want to/can't take calls, office rule is to turn on the "do not disturb". It's not uncommon at all.
If ours is on, the receptionist will still send a parked call to your phone. Or she'll page the crap out of you! If you don't answer the first page, she'll just get louder.
She really bugs me...

2/21/13 - Went to RE expecting the worse and saw the flutter of the heart...still measuring small. To God be the Glory!!
2/28/13 - heart rate = 147bpm!! Measuring on target!
