As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I saw this today and thought of you. Look at all the Arts and Crafts woodwork (which I think is done more successfully in some areas than others, but still)
I also saw this beauty but this is more my style than yours, I think. The kitchen! The hallway with the stairs! The coffered ceiling family room. Swoon.

*Sigh* Yea taxes here suuuuuuuck. At least that house is on over 2 acres. My teeensy weensy little house on .1 acre (yes, POINT 1) has $15,000 or so taxes. Different town though.
yeah, the taxes on that house are more than double what we pay for our entire mortgage payment (including taxes) every month!
I know! It sucks, but it's just a fact of life here so you plan for it. You just afford less house knowing you have a $1,000+ tax payment per month!
