MD's Digital eLibrary Consortium
Is anyone familiar with borrowing Kindle books' from the MD's Digital eLibrary Consortium? I "borrowed" two books on my Kindle that I have finished reading that aren't due until next week. I know the lending period will automatically end on your Kindle, but is there a way to return them early so that people on a waiting list might have earlier access to them? The books are still on My Bookshelf, and I also want them "turned in" so I can check out some other holds.
Re: MD's Digital eLibrary Consortium
I started typing out a bunch of stuff, but found this tutorial to be much better: http://www.slideshare.net/WakeCountyPublicLibraries/how-to-return-a-kindle-ebook-early
I think the Maryland Consortium needs help with their webpage. I found it almost impossible to figure out how to start using it. And, frankly, it isn't really all that hard!
