Do you do anything like your mom or dad?

Something they did that you wish you didn't do. When you do it you think to yourself " Crap I didn't it again!"

I repeat my self or will ask a question twice sometimes especially when I talk to H. When I catch myself I think " Dang it!!!"

I'll even double, and triple check locked doors when I go to bed at night. To the point where I pull the handle to make sure it's locked. Just like she did when we were kids. We use to make fun of our mom for doing that. Now I do it ( Dang it!!!

I can be a bit tough around the edges like my mother. We always have our guard up and I wish I were a bit more soft.

I picked up my mom's New Yorkish accent. I also talk a lot like she does if I'm comfortable.

I also can throw shiit into a pot and call it dinner like my dad does. I also answer the phone the way my dad does.

Either a verrrrrrrry creepy, low toned "Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeees?" or "Acme Lumber" or "Joes Crab Shack..whatcha wantin'?"

And when I get their answering machine I'll say "Helllloooooo...Anybody home? If you can hear me raise your right hand"

I am like my dad in almost ever way... no it is no surprise that I do a lot of things like he does. But I like it. I am my father's daughter as his friend would say.
