What's a snack you keep stocked at work or at home?
Re: QOTD Friday
Greek yogurt and various fruits.
Last trip to Costco I stocked up on individual Greek yogurt cups (with fruit on the bottom) and they're just too sweet for me. I find I have to mix in only a little of the fruit off the bottom or it's nearly inedible. Next time I'll buy plain and do what I used to, mix it with some frozen raspberries at night so they're nice and soft and juicy for the next day. Add a bit of granola and BAM tasty high protein snack!
We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?
Mine's not terribly healthy--I like keeping a box of Julie's organic ice cream sandwiches in the freezer. At least they're only 160 calories.
ETA: I don't stock snacks at work. I try to bring in lunch every day; typical snacks are Greek yogurt, apples or Late July organic chips.
I don't keep any food at work besides my soy coffee creamer. I don't really have a must-have snack at home either, but I most often like to keep a container of hummus with Kashi crackers and carrots on hand.
I usually have snacks at work and I don't right now.
At home, I keep little bags of microwave popcorn and cheese sticks.

At work, I don't have a normal snack, instead I keep a not so healthy jar of Peanut butter that is used for spoon dipping when needed.
At home, I am not much of a snacker, but when I do, I usually grab a slice of cheese or piece of fruit.
I usually don't keep snacks at my desk, but I needed to run out for lunch a few weeks ago and bought a box of granola bars.
At home for snacks I have yogurt, raw almonds, granola and string cheese. I used to keep a jar of Clausen Pickles but I eat them to fast and have horrible pickle breath.
I keep individual cups of hummus with baby carrots or gluten free crackers, berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries), raw nuts (almonds, pistachios, walnuts), and sometimes an all natural sugar free beef jerky we can get locally.
We've given up gluten for 2012, so it's completely changed how we eat and snack.
For me: Apples, greek yogurt with mixed frozen fruit (I like the way you think Raynes), and protein meal bars for the days I don't really get a lunch.
For the students: Flammin Hot Cheetos because they are the best bribe ever.
I don't keep stuff at work on purpose - like, I don't go out of my way to stock my desk. I bring lunch every day and try to make sure I always have greek yogurt with berries and some high fiber cereal and some fruit on hand... BUT, I currently have a massive stash of cookies and chocolate left over from Christmas presents from my students.
I won't lie. I have a crapload of stuff.

When I'm home, I like to snack, on the real stuff. Cookies, chips, ice cream, whatever. I also keep granola bars, hummus and wheat thins, baby carrots, and cottage cheese with apples. MMMM so good.
At work, I usually have hummus in our fridge or granola bars.
