Italian Meatloaf recipe?
I feel like sometime in the last few weeks, someone made an Italian meatloaf. But I can't remember who.
If it was you, can you post the recipe?

DH makes the italian meatloaf I have pinned on my food board on Pinterest. It is really good.
I am making Giada's turkey italian meatloaf sandwiches next week. It will be the first run in our house, so no review on it yet.
mine?
1 lb ground turkey
1 egg
2 tbsp olive oil
1 packet italian dressing mix
1/2 sleeve whole wheat ritz crackers, crumbled
combine egg, olive oil, dressing mix and crackers together. add mixture to turkey and mix thoroughly. spread in meatloaf pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
