I'm Addicted / BR

Brain chemicals are an amazingly powerful thing.

Luckily I got my Mirena before the baby craving could set in again, because it has hit.

W is 5 months now, about the same age we decided to have another one last time.

I don't even like kids! But my friends announcing that they are pregnant make me get all teary and blubbery and want a belly again.

Good grief.

I'm hoping that the 5 year Mirena duration will be enough time for me to come to my senses again.

    As you should.
  • Instead of focusing on the happy-go-lucky pregnant people, start focusing on the ones who have it bad.  lol.  You know...the ones who have morning, afternoon, and evening sickness for 9 months, then have colicky babies who cry nonstop, have acid reflux and milk allergies, and never sleep.

No doubt. I was miserable last time and have one of those shrieking, lactose intolerant, never sleepers.

I know the urge is completely insane.

4 makes sense / 5 is ridiculous and inconvenient
