Intro, hi ladies
Dh and I just bought a house and close on 2/24. I have been lurking for a week or so and wanted to say hello!
We own a condo out of state, which we rent out, so we are a little familiar with the process. I am looking forward to reading all of you!
I'm a regular on the Boston board (former Bostonian), Pets, and MM.
We live in SC, and we have a 14 month old baby boy, a pit bull mix and a foster dog who is a lab!

Hi. Congratulations on the new house!
I've been lurking here for a while, but we aren't going to start actively house shopping for another couple months and expect to move out of state (about a 6hr drive) this summer.
Were you out of state when you purchased this house? Did you have any kind of relocation assistance?
We have lived here for almost 3 years. We have been renting and feeling out areas where we wanted to settle down- we've been looking for over a year.
