Facebook Question

Lately I've been having issues with Facebook. I think it's since they added the timeline option and changed things around again.
I've noticed I no longer see updates in my news feed for people who have the timeline.
Also, when I go to pages of people with the timeline the screen starts blinking and won't let me scroll down. If I try to scroll, it just shoots me back up to the top of the page.
The third thing it's been doing is my page sometimes fully loads but is blank so I have to refresh.
Has this been happening to anyone else, or is it just mine? I haven't had problems with any other websites so it's odd. It's obviously small issues but annoying to both me and DH when we check Facebook, and I was curious what's going on.

I have no experience with the blinking/not allowed to scroll.
I have had blank pages that require refreshing though.
Sorry... FB gets annoying like that.
