HELP! Germs from traveling hubby!

Hey Ladies! ok so I tried to do some google searching but i'm not finding anything (this could be because I am on tons of cold meds) HELP! 

Ok my darlling future hubby travels for work, i'm talking flies to a site, works for weeks, flies home for a weekend, flies back to work for a week, flies home for a few wweeks... you get the picture. Anyways so he works for an off shore survey type company and interacts with people from all over the world, Iceland, Newfoundland, brazil, to name just a few, not to mention people from all over the US. SOOO this past weekend Future Hubs came home fore two days from Texas to see me and he didn't come home alone. He brought whatever flu/cold he found along the way so I have spent the week miserable. He has been doing this since September and every time he comes home from a trip I end up sick to some degree, the minor colds i can deal with but this flu, holy mother of all things i want to crawl under a rock and die. 

I don't know what else to do, I work in a hospital so I have a pretty good immune system built up for local germs but I don't seem to be able to  beat off the international ones. He showers right when he gets home, i wash all his clothes in hot water,  all his off shore/travel gear is stored in his office/man cave so i'm never even really around it. What can I do to help me from getting sick without  basically spraying the guy down with lysol in the damn airport!
