As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

AW: I won an award at work!
In all the hullabaloo yesterday, I forgot to tell you guys!
I was given the first and only Instant Impact award at the bank for how quickly I have adjusted, how well I fit in, and all the projects and improvements I have made in 6ish months I've made since I've been there.
We've been talking about employee awards since Thanksgiving, and they kept mine secret from me. I was totally shocked. Such sneaky bosses.
So that's all. It's exciting!
