Anyone know a place to get sewing machines tuned-up?
I'm looking at wanting to pick up sewing - nothing fancy, hemming curtains, sewing pillows, a few projects that have piqued my pinterest 
My mom has a good solid Singer, that's almost as old as I am. She got a fancy schmancy one about 10 years ago, and said I could have her Singer, but it would probably need a tune-up because it hasn't been used in so long. Anyone know a place I could take it for such service?

Okay, maybe they only work on Bernina's? (I have a Bernina).... I am sure he services every sewing machine, but I would call and find out
