Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

5 Day Update :)
Thank you everyone! We are over the moon in love with our little lady. My healing is moving right along. I'm in a lot of pain still, but not nearly as much as I was 2 or 3 days post c-section. We had our first outing to the pediatrician today, and found she was losing just a bit more weight than the doc liked seeing. She was born a 8 lbs even, left the hospital at 7 lbs 8 oz, and was 6 lbs 15 oz at her appt today. After a nice hour long feeding session at the doctor she was up to almost 7 lbs 3 oz, which seemed to make the doctor happy. We go back Monday for another weight check. Breastfeeding seems to be going well, she's got a great appetite and a great latch, but my poor bewbs are ridiculous sore! Hoping that gets easier as well!

There was one point where when KR would latch on I would start sobbing.
FYI-this is NOT normal. It took me about 4 days to figure that out : / Don't be like me!
Piper is so cute, I need a cuddly baby again!
