Staging (sort of) question
We're getting the professional pics of our condo taken this week. I know this might seem like a stupid question- but should I clean out our fireplace? It's filled with ash from several past fires. I'll eventually clean it out before we start showing it- but should I do before pictures?
I have about 5,000,000 things to do before these pictures are taken- while also watching my kids- so I don't want to have to do a single freakin' thing I don't have to.
Re: Staging (sort of) question
Will the ashes be obvious in the photos?
If yes, then clean. If no, then just make sure to do it before your first showing.
Now is the time to enlist the housekeeping help of your DH!
Okay, thanks..... somehow I knew you'd say to clean it out!
Would you remove personal photos, too?
