Has anyone traveled to St Lucia? How does it compare to other Caribbean islands?

My husband and I went to St. Lucia for our honeymoon. It's a really gorgeous island, although it is VERY humid. We went at the end of September though so maybe that's why.

We went for our HM and loved it. I liked it better than Jamaica, the Bahamas, or the Dominican Republic.

St. Lucia is awesome. It's a Caribbean destination to consider if you want more out of your vacation than just sitting on the beach every day - there's a volcano, botanical gardens, hiking a mountain, going zip lining...tons of things to do. It's also a bit more expensive than many of the Caribbean islands. We loved our time there and I'm so glad we were able to go.
