7.5 lbs!!!!! I AM SO IMPRESSED! THAT IS FANTASTIC! KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK! What are you doing that has been so effective? What are you eating/not eating? What has your exercise been? I'M JEALOUS!!! Hopefully, I can join you at the 3 week mark.

I replied to this in the other topic, but for those who didn't see it or think my response is tl;dr, basically i've just been practicing moderation, taking a fiber supplement in the mornings (I like the fiber gummies from walgreens), skipping the fast food as much as possible, keeping close track of all my eating, and doing a little cardio at least 3 days a week. Find healthy things that fill you up but that you love eating. For me, I love chobani greek yogurts for snacks, and steel cut oats for breakfast. 
Also, I don't think you should be jealous of me CEOwife, because you're doing really well too! 4.5 pounds in 2 weeks is great progress, just keep believing in yourself and doing what you know is right, and you'll get to your goal too.
