Remember that knife thing?
I ordered it on 01 December and had no info from them even after several attempts to contact them. It was supposed to be delivered 3-8 days after the order. I disputed the charge and my bank refunded the charge. I received the knife today. What would you do? I sent them an email saying that if they would like me to return it, they will need to send me a shipping label. I do not think that I should have to pay to return it, but I don't think I should keep it either.

TTC #2 for a million years: SA normal, CD 23 bloodwork shows nothing amiss, ovulation detected. Next step: ? maybe CD3 bloodwork to check eggs? All out of pocket, so limited IF tests/treatments.

That sounds fair enough to me.. if you don't hear back from them though I'd be keeping it, and not worrying about it. After all you did make an effort to contact them.

I guess I don't know in this situation whether the band is eating the cost or if they were able to get the money back etc. So, in your understanding, did they send the knife and didn't get your money? Or did they get the money, you have the knife, but the bank 'paid' for it?
I also forgot whether you were able to get another one. If this is the only one you have, can't you resend the money if they basically didn't get paid for it and keep it?

I don't know whether the bank is eating the cost or not, all I know is that they gave me a credit after I disputed the charge.
I did order another one from Sears that James has already used.
We don't really have a use for 2 knives, but after their seriously poor customer service I am not going to pay out of pocket to ship it back to them.

usually the bank eats the cost because it cost them too much to do research, etc. if i remember correctly, this knife was under $100, right? i wouldn't worry about sending the knife back.
