I had this show as a series recording but then was becoming super bored with it. I have seen the last 2 weeks. Has it gotten any better? I just felt that it was dragging so.....slow.....

Ha, see my comments in the thread above about "shows you've lost interest in." I still like the wolf character (I still call him "Haywire" in my head, can never remember his name on the show) but otherwise it's a snooze. "It's an ogre, it's a wolf, it's a wild pig, it's a giant bee, it's a ...." -- they need to have more than a Monster of the Week plot, but the conspiracy thing is not taking off and there's no real character development or romantic tension or anything that made MOTW shows like X-Files watchable (unless you count the Grimm/Haywire bromance).

I lol'd at this!! This is part of the reason I stopped watching. It was like...wow wonder what type of thing Grimm will see today. I had high hopes for this and Once Upon a Time and I am in LOVE with OUT because of the story behind it. It's a shame.

I really hope that this show starts to pick up. I agree with the OP that the show is starting to drag and it's a huge monsterfest. I really want to see what the whole family thing is!!!

Agree. I need at least a little bit of overarching plot. Even a big bad like the Buffy format would work. They're moving WAY too slow if the shadowy conspiracy we know nothing about is all they have to offer.
