HHG question
Has anyone PCSed from Bragg? Our stuff is at Bragg and they are taking forever to ship it. DH called them the 12th, and they just have been sending him in circles since then (had to send an e-mail gave him wrong address, took 2 days to get the right one, blah blah blah). Our stuff hasn't even left yet! Just sucks sleeping on an air mattress and eating with plastic silverware.haha I was just curious if anyone else has ever had any issues? We haven't seen our stuff in 2 years, im getting impatient!
Re: HHG question
Keep calling them. There was no way for us to track progress after we requested our stuff, since it's pretty much all paper for that particular system. When 3 months had gone by and we still hadn't seen our stuff, we called and found out they lost our initial request and never did anything about it. We kept getting notices that we'd overstayed our nontemp storage, when we'd requested it to be shipped. Grrrr.
From the time of our request to ship to when our stuff got to us was about 6 months. The stuff that was shipped direct took 6 weeks. I have no idea why nontemp is a different system, but it's a shitty one for sure.
