As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Funny Job Postings
Looking for jobs always gives me a few laughs. Here are some of the posts I've seen today.
**Office position: You should have the ability to self-start each day and to self-motivate yourself. (We are not babysitters and do not have time to pump sunshine up your skirt).

**Babysitter: We are a Christian home and want our babysitter to share these values. Please be a non-smoker and non-drinker. We do not have pets and would prefer someone without pets also (we don't want pet dander in our house). When responding, please send a recent picture of yourself.
I can understand *some* of this like being a non-smoker, but I think some is a little over the top. I wish them luck in finding a good-looking babysitter who meets all these requirements!
**A company called "Big Ass Fans" is hiring tons of positions.

Lol, yep! Apparently it's a ceiling fan company, but this is the first I've heard of it.
I'd like to get a job there just so I can see the looks on people's faces when they ask me where I work.
All three of those get the side eye from me.
The recent picture one bothers me the most though...you should send in a photo of cleavage (not necessarily yours unless you want to
) and see if they hire you without an interview. Goodness.

Hah! You're right, for some reason I was thinking the Big Ass Fans were the ones that wanted the picture. My bad! Reading fail. I'm sure that family would love a picture of a Kat Von D (sp?) as a potential nanny.
Yup, they sell huge fans, mostlly for use in large dairy barns. I've heard of them since I'm in the dairy cattle industry, but I've always laughed at their choice of name.
