As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Memorial weekend Outer Banks weather?
The rental rates are soo much cheaper for this time considering going earlier to save $$. Would it be too cold to go to the beach and swim during this time?

Not if you're from Chicago, no.
There are some really warm days in May, but the water will probably be a bit cold.
Neither of those beaches are on the Outer Banks, that's the southern coast of NC.
