Tricare nurses hotline?
I really don't want to call my on-call doctor because it takes forever for them to call me back. Is there a Tricare nurses hotline?
I'm trying to find a pregnancy safe cough/chest congestion medicine.

I don't know about a hot line, but my OB okayed Robitussin DM (it has to be the DM) during pregnancy.
Thanks everyone. I checked safefetus.com before and they don't have mucinex (the one I wanted to take) listed.
Is it on your list of safe meds to take while pregnant? If not, I wouldn't take it. I also wouldn't take advice from a random nurse...call your doctor's office who is treating you and knows your history.
I agree with LL, hot steamy showers and a neti pot are good substitutes.
