I am pretty sure that one came from you, right? YUM.. Thank you! The problem is that it is not a low-cal option if I eat the whole pan before anyone else gets some, but I guess I can make that sacrifice.

Buddha, I think peaches would work, because they get pretty soft when cooked. I would pre-cook them just like the bananas, to make sure they are soft enough.
Rosen, I actually picked up a couple of riper-than-normal bananas specifically for making this. Since bananas are one of the few things the 2 year old will eat without fail, they are never around long enough to get super ripe.
